ACTIVITIES – SUMMER 2019

GUIDED TOUR WITH AFTERNOON SNACK!

Every Thursday we organise guided tours of our farm. We will tell you our story and about biodinamic agricolture. Then we will walk to one of our fields. We will see the animals on the farm and taste our produce with a delicious afternoon snack on the terrace!

Meeting time: 3:00 pm
Price including snack: € 15 for adults, € 8 for children.
The activity and snack are free for our guests.

JAM MAKING AT THE FARM!

This is an activity for adults and children.
Make a red fruit jam and taste the organic produce of our farm. Guided tour and game in our kitchen garden!
Take home a bit of Soreie (sun) in a jar full of genuine sweetness.

-test your knowledge of plants in our kitchen garden and taste the farm produce
-jar the jam (all adults will take home a jar of jam)

Every Tuesday at 2:30 pm.
Price: € 20 for adults and € 10 for children.

GOURMET COOKING CLASS

CREATIVE COOKERY WORKSHOP WITH CHEF ELENA VIAN

Each Wednesday Soreie farm organises a workshop where chef Elena Vian shows us how to use goat’s and sheep’s cheese in a creative way!

Elena will teach us how to use cheeses like: robiola, caciotta, hard cheese and ricotta from the Soreie production along with local veg and herbs. Together we will cook gourmet dishes and then we will taste our creations.
